ESPN’s College GameDay is heading to Salt Lake City for Week 10. The popular pregame college football show will be on site for Saturday’s Big 12 matchup between two ranked programs

ESPN's College GameDay is finally heading to a Big 12 campus after a few seasons without a show from one of its 16 campuses.

Cincinnati has emerged as the Big 12's surprise team in coach Scott Satterfield's third season, also their third in the league.

GameDay picked the Cincinnati at Utah game over several other quality college football games in Week 10 including Georgia versus Florida, Penn State at Ohio State, Vanderbilt at Texas and Oklahoma at Tennessee. Georgia Bulldogs fans will wait and hope that GameDay attends the Georgia-Texas game in a few weeks.

Texas Tech alumnus and oil tycoon Cody Campbell has been the face of a campaign in the U.S. to "Save College Sports," advocating for increased regulation in name, image and likeness. He's also had a strong hand in a Texas Tech athletic program that directed an estimated $55 million to its athletes this year.
