Steelers finally sign Valdes-Scantling
After reports that Marquez Valdes-Scantling was signing last week with the Steelers, the veteran wide receiver will finally put pen to paper and join the team this week. Longtime NFL insider Jeremy Fowler reported that the USF product was in Pittsburgh on Monday and signed with the team.
Beyond championship rings and stats, Valdes-Scantling also has plenty of familiarity with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. From 2018 to 2021, Valdes-Scantling played four seasons alongside Rodgers in Green Bay.
