CLEVELAND — The owner of Play Bar & Grill is speaking out after the city of Cleveland shut down and boarded up his business following a shooting in the Flats that left six people injured Sunday night.
Play Bar & Grill, at 1051 West 10th in the Flats East Bank, was where Cleveland Police believe a fight originated on Sunday evening, one that left six people shot. Its owner denies any involvement.
