A large Confederate Flag flown over Interstate 85 in South Carolina has finally come down following a ruling from a long-winded court battle.
Circuit Judge Mark Hayes has ruled in favor of Spartanburg County in a years-long dispute over the prominent display of a Confederate flag near I-85.
The flag was flown from a 120‑foot pole near a busy road in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
