Released in 1998, Dune 2000 was a partial remake of Dune 2: The Building of a Dynasty (see below), and it introduced several enhancements to the original while retaining core gameplay elements.

But not before they released Frank Herbert’s Dune, an action-adventure game closely following the plot of the novel and inspired by the 2000 Dune miniseries on SyFy Channel.
