YouTube TV has proposed restoring Disney 's ABC and ESPN networks, in response to the entertainment giant's earlier request to bring back ABC to the pay-TV platform for Election Day coverage.

Viewers also can’t watch Dancing with the Stars, Abbott Elementary, The Golden Bachelor, and more TV shows, as well as Election Day coverage.

ESPN's bitter, drawn-out battle with YouTube TV (or more broadly, Disney's standoff with Google) reared its ugly head earlier this week when millions of YouTube TV subscribers were blacked out of watching ESPN's Cardinals-Cowboys matchup on Monday Night Football.

It doesn’t seem as if the contract dispute between YouTube TV and ESPN/Disney is getting resolved anytime soon.

According to Awful Announcing, the company is losing an estimated $5 million per day.

Google requested that Disney restore not only ABC, but also ESPN networks to YouTube TV while the parties continue to negotiate a new deal. It also promised to get channels back on the streaming service “within hours” if Disney agrees.
