The Philadelphia Eagles are planning to celebrate their Super Bowl victory with a parade in the city on Friday, a high-ranking team official said Monday.

City officials confirmed Tuesday that the Eagles’ championship parade will kick off 11 a.m. Friday — Valentine’s Day — with a route beginning at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. The route will proceed north toward the Philadelphia Museum of Art, passing along the west side of City Hall and up the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts won Super Bowl LIX MVP, joining Nick Foles as the only player in franchise history to win the award. Hurts completed 17 of his 22 passes for 221 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
