Neither the Minnesota Timberwolves nor the New York Knicks are off to the starts they wanted following their respective Conference Finals appearances last spring. Both at 4-3, there is no need to panic yet, but scuffling for another couple of weeks would become a worry.

Anthony Edwards will return to the Minnesota Timberwolves' lineup Wednesday night against the Knicks after missing four games with a strained right hamstring. Coach Chris Finch said that the decision to clear Edwards to return was based on the All-Star guard looking like normal in his recent workouts.
