A 25-year-old man was in critical condition Saturday after he fell approximately 30 feet over a cliff in San Pedro, the Los Angeles Fire Department said. LAFD rescue crews were called at 11:06 p.m.

A man’s body was recovered Friday inside a vehicle that was found partially submerged in a flooded area in Lancaster, authorities said. An LAFD helicopter first noticed the vehicle around 9:45 a.m.
