Authorities say the crash is still being investigated, but a medical episode may have led to the pickup going off the road.

The Nebraska State Patrol arrested a woman after a deadly crash Thursday morning on Interstate 80 in Lincoln County.

At approximately 10:20 a.m., NSP received a report of a serious crash on Interstate 80 near mile marker 175. A two-vehicle crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-80.
