Preliminary reports from the National Transportation Safety Board say bad weather was noted near two Nebraska farm fields where small planes crashed minutes apart in August

The plane was found at 9:30 a.m. in a field near Crofton. First responders said the conditions were foggy and visibility was 50 feet. There was debris found 600 feet from the field. The report provided a picture of a wind turbine near the crash scene illustrating visibility conditions.
