Temperatures stayed a couple degrees cooler on Wednesday, and we will continue to cool a few more degrees through the end of the week.

Phoenix expects clear skies and warm temperatures, with a high near 89 degrees and light winds today. Temperatures will stay mild through the week, with minimal changes and a slight chance of rain by the weekend.

Phoenix typically sees a high of 83 degrees and a low of 60 on Halloween, the National Weather Service says. Last year’s holiday peaked at 81 degrees.

Monday will be another warm day, with a high of 88 degrees in the Valley. By Tuesday, temperatures will begin to drop with the development of high clouds possible. Temperatures will gradually drop off into the mid 80s through Thursday. Cloud cover will increase Tuesday through Friday as a storm approaches.

The Halloween forecast calls for clear skies highs in the upper 80s, with temperatures dipping steadily as darkness descends on the Valley.
