In honor of the parade organized by the St. Patrick’s Association Inc. — a parade that will take place at noon Monday in downtown St. Paul — here are a few things to know about Todd Hurley, who is serving as Mr. Pat of the 2025 parade, as well as more to know about the parade and its association.
