Vikings left guard Donovan Jackson 'not quite' ready to practice; JJ McCarthy practices in full
Vikings rookie left guard Donovan Jackson did not practice Wednesday as he continues working back from an ankle injury suffered against the Packers on Nov. 23. Jackson was out all last week and was inactive against the Seahawks on Sunday.

Jackson hurt his ankle Week 12 against Green Bay and didn't play the following Sunday versus Seattle. However, he was able to return to action this past Sunday against Washington and played all 64 of the Vikings ' offensive snaps. With a full practice under his belt Thursday, Jackson should be good to face the Cowboys this Sunday.

Tight end T.J. Hockenson, who popped up on the injury report with a shin, went from DNP to limited, which is an encouraging sign for his availability this weekend.
