The Denver Broncos made five roster moves this week ahead of their preseason finale against the New Orleans Saints. First, the team placed backup offensive lineman Nick Gargiulo ( knee) on injured reserve. After that, Denver filled Gargiulo's former spot on the active roster by signing veteran fullback Adam Prentice.

Since becoming the Broncos ' head coach in 2023, Sean Payton has brought many former Saints with him to Denver. Not only players, but many coaches as well. There are currently 10 coaches and staff members on Payton's staff who previously spent time in New Orleans, plus eight players.
