We still have over a month until September arrives and the schedule begins to pick up, but in the meantime, there are plenty of free games to download on the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.

As such, with so many PS3 owners returning to the console in droves and attempting to download games, it has probably just been a bit much for Sony to handle.
