If you want to stop other Discord users from seeing which game you're currently playing, you can hide what game you're playing on Discord.

If Discord overlay is not working while in-game, you can disable or enable it via Settings or from Game Activity section in Windows 11/10.

Discord's activity tracker now displays not only the games you've been playing over the last 30 days, but also long you've been playing them, too.
