KINGSPORT — Applications are now being received by Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Elizabethton for the licensed practical nursing (LPN) class in Kingsport that begins Jan. 4, 2017.

In the evening program, students attended class from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. three days a week, as opposed to the full-time Monday-through-Friday schedule of the daytime course.
