Merchant also spoke of witnesses Terrence Bradley, Wade’s former law partner and one-time divorce attorney, and Robin Yeartie, a former DA’s Office employee, who knew of Willis’ affair.

Ms. Merchant, who brought the allegations against Fani Willis and Nathan Wade to light last month, has said their relationship poses a conflict of interest.

Merchant, 46, is a well-known criminal defense attorney in metro Atlanta who runs her own law firm, The Merchant Law Firm, with her husband, John Merchant III, who is also an attorney.
