Best Buy website crashes on Black Friday as thousands of shoppers locked out of deals

Best Buy's website has received a high volume of outage reports amid Black Friday sales. According to Down Detector, the online store saw a spike in website crash reports shortly before 10 a.m. EST. The overwhelming majority of the reports were about a website crash, though some also reported log-in and app issues, per the tracking app.
