One of two suspects arrested at the scene of the weekend's mass stabbing on a British train has been released, according British authorities who continue to investigate.
The Daniel Baird Foundation, a leading safety charity, said most UK trains do not have any bleed control kits. The charity is urging the Government to end the “oversight” and insist that all rail companies carry them on all trains.
