Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Chris Blair continues to turn heads with his quickness on the outside. In the team's preseason opener against the Detroit Lions, he caught three of four targets for 54 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Veteran wide receiver DJ Chark’s bid to make the Falcons came to an end on Monday. The Falcons announced that they have released Chark and that they waved quarterback Emory Jones with an injury designation. They also confirmed the signing of quarterback Ben DiNucci and that they plan to sign edge rusher Ronnie Perkins.
The Atlanta Falcons made multiple roster moves Monday morning, including cutting former Pro Bowl wide receiver D.J. Chark. A former second-round pick out of LSU, Chark signed with the Falcons in July after previously playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers during his career.

He completed 23 of 43 passes for 219 yards that season with the Cowboys, losing his only career start in Week 8 at Philadelphia.
The 2019 Pro Bowler has struggled to recapture his form when he recorded 73 catches for 1,008 yards and eight touchdowns with Jacksonville.
