Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chair Brendan Carr downplayed controversy around an interview “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert conducted with Texas Senate candidate James Talarico (D) that was allegedly blocked from airing on CBS.

"The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" host posted the interview on social media, which the Texas senate candidate says has resulted in $2.5 million in donations to his campaign.
