Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen outlines long-term plan for Anthony Richardson after naming Daniel Jones the NFL Week 1 starter.

Indianapolis coach Shane Steichen was asked on Thursday if the team plans to play Richardson in the team's final preseason game on Saturday vs. the Bengals. Richardson will not compete in the game, and it sounds like for precautionary reasons.

“It was a great throw, and it was a great catch by Anthony (Gould). It was phenomenal (ball placement), over the shoulder,” Colts coach Shane Steichen said. “It was a big-time play right there, but, obviously, it got called back.”
