Co-showrunners Fey, Fisher, and Wigfield have already hinted that they want to continue the characters' stories. In an interview with Variety shared on May 2, just one day after the show hit streaming, the SNL alum coyly said, "We’re going to start talking next week, the three of us. We’ll see."

Netflix only released "The Four Seasons" last week, but already, this limited series is teasing a possible second season. In an interview with TV Insider, show co-creators Tracey Wigfield, Tina Fey and Lang Fisher were asked about a myriad of questions — including why they made that shocking decision in the show's penultimate episode.
