CHICAGO -- Colson Montgomery homered for the third straight game, and the Chicago White Sox beat the Minnesota Twins 8-0 on Sunday. Edgar Quero drove in three runs for Chicago, and Kyle Teel had three hits and two RBIs. Mike Tauchman had two hits and scored twice from the leadoff spot.

Colson Montgomery hit his first career grand slam and Luis Robert Jr. homered late as the Chicago White Sox snapped a three-game skid with a 7-3 victory over the Minnesota Twins.

Pitching with the comfort of a big lead, rookie right-hander Yoendrys Gomez logged another solid outing in his third start with the White Sox. He held the Twins scoreless across 4.2 innings with two hits, three walks and six strikeouts.
