The New York Jets have finalized their coaching staff for the 2025 season. And it already has a dangerous trend. Aaron Glenn made it clear, early and often at his introductory press conference that he wasn’t looking for a coach with a specific game plan or scheme.

Regardless of a coaching change, cornerback Sauce Gardner remains a cornerstone piece on defense for the New York Jets. In a sign of leadership and even putting his money where his mouth is, Gardner revealed that he already made sure to meet his new head coach in Aaron Glenn.
