The Golden State Warriors are set to take on the Charlotte Hornets at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte on Monday night. Star Warriors guard Stephen Curry was impressed by the throwback jersey the Hornets are wearing.

Midway through the fourth quarter of the Golden State Warriors 119-126 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, Stephen Curry slammed home a breakaway dunk. The rare feat was all the more impressive when considering Curry's age (36) and the fact he's dealt with knee issues throughout the season.

The Warriors star revealed that it was assistant coach Jerry Stackhouse who put the idea in his head to dunk during the game on Saturday. “Ironically, this morning at shooter run, Stackhouse said he wanted to see a dunk,” Curry said.
