The New York Giants aren't entertaining any trades for one of their back up quarterbacks ahead of the start of the season.

Former No. 1 pick Jameis Winston might wind up being the No. 3 quarterback on the New York Giants' depth chart this season, prompting speculation he could be available in a trade as roster maneuvering ramps up the next two weeks.

The Giants signed Winston to a two-year deal, the money of which screamed “backup quarterback” role, this past offseason. Talk of him possibly being traded began when Dart was given second-team reps both in practice and games, the rookie looking much more polished than first anticipated.
