Cam Little of the Jacksonville Jaguars broke an NFL record by kicking a 68-yard field goal at the end of the first half against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Justin Tucker had the previous record,

One of the reasons the Jaguars were comfortable with Little trying a 68-yarder is they had seen him hit a longer one in a game situation. This preseason, Little nailed a 70-yard field goal. That didn't count for an official record, but it gave Jacksonville confidence that if they had a similar situation it wouldn't be crazy to let Little try it.
