The roof of the castle was abandoned and left for dead. No gutters, no protection…just years of water pouring through every seam. The leaks ran down the framing, the walls, and the floors until everything beneath was rotting away. We had to strip every screw, every rubber washer, every wooden wall, wooden ceiling, and floor just to undo the damage time left behind. Only the stone will stand. It’s a massive rebuild from the bones up but every bit of it is worth it to bring this place back to life
