The hilarity in all of this is that a lot of people don’t really understand what physical therapists do in the first place.It’s become clear to me that many people believe that PT is where you go get a massage, TENS & ice, maybe heat packs and ultrasound. Back in the day, this may have been the case, hopefully not anymore…☝️these are what we call passive treatments, and all of them have been found to be ineffective and a big waste of time. They certainly do not provide long-term solutions to you
