let’s talk about the obsession of “skinny” the sad truth is that most people think their problems end with being “skinny”. “i’ll be happier when i finally lose my tummy” “i’ll be happier when i finally fit into those jeans” but what happens when you finally get that flat stomach, or fit into those jeans and you STILL feel like you’re not good enough? that was me. i felt like no matter how small i got, skinny was never skinny enough. and that was because it was NEVER about being skinny. it was ab
