When Stripping goes wrong! I stripped back all this paint and was so excited to see the beautiful grain hidden underneath But my excitement didn’t last long. While the top and sides have some stunning grain, the doors don’t. The veneer has been gone and it’s just plywood left, the grain doesnt even go in the same direction Options I can think of 1. Count my losses and throw it out 2. Paint the doors 3. Stain the doors and add a busy design 4. Turn the doors “inside out” and disguise various hole
