Our first gathering was to celebrate the traditinal Folk custom of Wassailing: the blessing of the orchards to stave off pestilence and invite abundance. We also set new year, deep winter intentions and manifestations, ate cake, decorated candles and drank hot spiced cider. Our next gathering is a honoring our the cross quarter of Imbolc and (in tradition) our tools— and by extension our own talents, skills, crafts and abilities.
