It’s Dec 31,2025 and St Kilda midfielder Hugo Garcia is practicing speed mechanics with MCAPs Adam Larcom in AFL game related scenarios. As a young AFL midfielder Hugo is practicing accelerating away from midfield contests, receiving the ball then sprinting and bouncing before kicking with penetration into the the forward line.
