REEVES DEADLIFT TEST. Steve Reeves was arguably one of the greatest natural bodybuilders to live. His lat sweep was like no other which he claimed to had help developing by deadlifting holding the edge of the first plate. The lift has since been termed the “Reeves Deadlift” which I worked up to today the old school way using just the finger strength of the pinch grip against the plates. A great challenge for your grip and an unorthodox approach to a widespread upper back. #turtleshell #oldschool
