This is by far one of my favourite desserts, a jam roly poly. Topped with custard, this is undefeated. See below for measurements I used. • 200g Self Raising Flour • 100g Unsalted Butter -cubed • 3 tbsp White Sugar • 100ml Whole Milk I keep my recipes minimal prep, beginner friendly, but make sure the flavours are banging.
