If you haven’t had success with your pizza stone (or baking steel) you’re using it wrong! 🍕 YOU MUST preheat your stone for at least 45 minutes! (@bakingsteel in my case) Stretch your dough, load it onto your pizza peel (or a substitute like a thin cutting board or piece of cardboard), top, and slide it onto the hot stone.
