Did anyone else have one of those sleeps where you feel awake and asleep at the same time? 😵‍💫 Like your brain never fully switched off but somehow the night still disappeared… hard to explain but I’m wrecked today. To top it off I’ve got an endo flare up, so today’s plan is zero plans. Just me, the lounge, and my Proud Poppy nighty which is honestly the most comfortable thing I own right now. Not moving unless snacks are involved. 🛋️ Some days you just have to slow down and listen to your bo
