Hay fever can affect up to 1 in 5 people in their lifetime. This common allergic condition can have a big impact on day-to-day activities. Some simple changes to try and improve hay fever symptoms include: ☑️Wear wraparound sunglasses to stop pollen getting in the eyes when outdoors. ☑️Take a shower and change clothes after being outdoors to remove the pollen from the body. ☑️Try to stay indoors when the pollen count is high (for more info on the pollen count visit the Met Office website). ☑️App
