Yogurt is very high on my fear list because of the texture. Just seeing yogurt makes me very nervous. I used to love danimals and it was a safe food when I was really little, and then I stopped drinking them. I have tried a few different yogurts since I started this journey and it’s been a struggle. I decided to try the Gogurts strawberry banana. I see so many kids eat these and I always think about how all of them enjoy it so there must be a reason. Sometimes it’s hard for me to understand why
