Whitney Mesa Brush Fire Update and Community Impact

Hi friends, Cristen Drummond here. Right now, we are at the intersection of Sandhill Road and Sunset Road, where LVMPD is investigating its second police shooting of the day. What we're hearing from sources is that a civil officer in the constable's office was shot while serving an eviction notice. Police said that the officer was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay. We are continuing to wait for the police to provide us with an official update in this case. More to come.
