Sheriff David Davis speaks to a Georgia House of Representatives Blue-Ribbon Study Committee meeting on Georgia’s medical marijuana and hemp policies. The House Committee meeting also featured medical experts from Georgia, Florida, and Colorado as well as advocacy group speakers. The study evaluates the state’s current laws regarding medical marijuana, reports those findings and makes legislative recommendations.
